How does Leadhall find leads?
We monitor local community platforms 24/7 for keywords related to your services. When someone posts asking for recommendations in your coverage area, our system detects it and sends you an alert via email, SMS, or Slack within minutes.
How big is your coverage?
We actively monitor 165K+ neighborhoods across the US. Most ZIP codes are covered out of the box. If your service area is somewhere we don't already index, we'll add it on signup.
Which industries does Leadhall support?
Emergency trades: plumbers, HVAC, roofers, garage doors, locksmiths, pest control, electricians.

How much does Leadhall cost?
Pricing is customized based on your coverage area and needs. Create an account and we'll put together a plan that fits your business. Most customers find the cost per lead is significantly lower than Google Ads or lead marketplaces.
Are the leads exclusive?
Not exclusive in the lead-broker sense. These are public posts in local communities, so anyone can see them. The edge is speed: we alert you the moment the post goes up, so you're the first contractor in the comments. Exclusivity doesn't matter when you're the only one who showed up fast enough to win the comment race.
Will my Nextdoor or Facebook account get banned?
No. Unlike Chrome extension competitors, Leadhall never logs into your accounts or scrapes from your browser. Your social profiles stay clean.
What happens if I'm slow to respond?
You'll lose to whoever was first. That's the honest answer. Speed is the whole game, that's why we obsess over alert latency. We recommend setting up SMS notifications and replying within 15 minutes when possible.
What if my area doesn't have many recommendation posts?
We'll tell you upfront during onboarding. We pull historical data for your zip codes and show you exactly how many recommendation posts happened there in the last 90 days. If the volume isn't there, you don't sign up.
